- You have up to 28 days to return your parcel from dispatch date.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

Please retain all proof of your postage for a tracked return. Shade Lingerie is not liable for lost returns. A physical or digital receipt is only accepted as proof of a return.

Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 3 days of the parcel arriving back at our warehouse. Please note during busy times, it may be longer. Any funds will take up to 10 days to show back onto your payment method.
